ما الذي يجمعه التطبيق
- منتجات المتجر.
- بنود الطلبات: المنتج والكمية والسعر ومدينة الشحن.
- رمز مشفّر أحادي الاتجاه لكل عميل (لا يمكن عكسه إلى هويته) لعدّ العملاء الذين كرروا شراء منتج.
- معرّفات عشوائية للزائر والجلسة تُحفظ في متصفح المتسوّق وتُرسل أيضًا إلى خوادم التطبيق مع أحداث مشاهدة الصفحات والنقرات والإضافة إلى السلة.
- بيانات التاجر من سلة: اسم المتجر ونطاقه والبريد الإلكتروني للمالك، ورموز الوصول إلى سلة (تُخزَّن مشفّرة).
ما الذي لا يجمعه أبدًا
أسماء المتسوّقين وأرقام هواتفهم وعناوين بريدهم الإلكتروني وبيانات الدفع.
لماذا
لعرض حقائق مبيعات حقيقية واقتراحات منتجات، ولقياس أثر التطبيق عبر مجموعة مقارنة.
قد تُعرض المشتريات الأخيرة لزوار آخرين على هيئة: المنتج والمدينة والوقت، ولا يظهر اسم المشتري أبدًا. يمكن للتاجر إخفاء المدينة.
البريد الإلكتروني للتاجر
نرسل التقرير الأسبوعي ورسالة نهاية التجربة إلى البريد الإلكتروني للمالك المسجّل في سلة، عبر SMTP من صندوق بريد لدى مزوّد خارجي (PrivateEmail من Namecheap). نحتفظ بسجل إرسال (نوع الرسالة والفترة والحالة) لمنع التكرار. يمكن إيقاف التقارير في أي وقت من رابط الإلغاء في الرسالة أو من الإعدادات.
المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي
تُرسل إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي بيانات المنتجات العامة فقط (الأسماء والتصنيفات والأسعار والأوصاف)، ولا تُرسل بيانات المتسوّقين أبدًا.
إجراءات في متجرك
بعد موافقتك فقط، ينشئ التطبيق في متجرك على سلة عروضًا خاصة (حزمًا) من أفكار الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويوقفها مؤقتًا ويحذفها عند طلبك. يحتاج لذلك صلاحية العروض الخاصة في سلة (specialoffers.read_write). لا يُنشأ أي عرض دون موافقتك.
إذا فعّلت استبدال الترقية، فإن المتسوّق الذي يختار الترقية في النافذة بعد الإضافة تُضاف الترقية إلى سلته ويُحذف المنتج السابق منها؛ وإن تعذّر الحذف يبقى المنتجان ويُنبَّه المتسوّق.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- نقرات الأدوات وإضافاتها إلى السلة (معرّفات الزائر): 30 يومًا.
- روابط الطلبات بالجلسات: حتى 400 يوم.
- بنود الطلبات (المنتج والكمية والسعر والمدينة): طوال فترة تثبيت التطبيق.
- الإحصاءات المجمّعة التي لا تتضمن معرّفات: تبقى مع بيانات المتجر.
- تُحذف جميع البيانات بعد 30 يومًا من إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
- العروض التي وافقت عليها تبقى تعمل في سلة حتى تاريخ انتهائها (30 يومًا على الأكثر) بعد إلغاء التثبيت، لأن صلاحية التطبيق تُلغى عندها فلا يستطيع إنهاءها. يمكنك إنهاؤها من صفحة العروض الخاصة في سلة.
خيارات التاجر
إيقاف أي جزء مؤقتًا، وتغيير مجموعة المقارنة، وإيقاف التقارير، وإلغاء التثبيت في أي وقت.

What the app collects
- Store products.
- Order lines: product, quantity, price and shipping city.
- A one-way hashed customer code (it cannot be turned back into the customer's identity), to count customers who bought a product again.
- Random visitor and session IDs stored in the shopper's browser and also sent to the app's servers with page-view, click and add-to-cart events.
- Merchant data from Salla: store name, domain and the owner's email address, plus Salla access tokens (stored encrypted).
What it never collects
Shopper names, phone numbers, email addresses and payment data.
Why
To show real sales facts and suggestions, and to measure the app's effect with a comparison group.
Recent purchases may be shown to other visitors as product + city + time, never the buyer's name. The merchant can turn the city off.
Merchant email
The weekly report and the trial-end email go to the owner email address registered in Salla, sent over SMTP from a mailbox at a third-party provider (PrivateEmail by Namecheap). We keep a send log (kind, period, status) to avoid duplicates. Reports can be turned off at any time from the unsubscribe link in the email or in Settings.
AI processing
Only public product data (names, categories, prices, descriptions) is sent to the AI provider. Shopper data is never sent.
Actions in your store
Only after you approve, the app creates special offers (bundles) from its AI ideas in your Salla store, and pauses or deletes them when you ask. For this it needs Salla's Special Offers permission (specialoffers.read_write). No offer is created without your approval.
If you turn on the upgrade swap, a shopper who picks the upgrade in the post-add popup gets the upgrade added to the cart and the previous item removed; if the removal fails, both stay and the shopper is told.
Retention
- Widget clicks and adds (visitor IDs): 30 days.
- Order-to-session links: up to 400 days.
- Order lines (product, quantity, price, city): kept while the app is installed.
- Aggregate statistics without identifiers: kept with the store's data.
- All data is deleted 30 days after the app is uninstalled.
- Offers you approved keep running in Salla until their end date (30 days at most) after you uninstall, because the app's access is revoked then and it can't end them. You can end them from Salla's Special Offers page.
Merchant choices
Pause any part, change the comparison group, turn off reports, uninstall at any time.
